Auditing:
Apart from the software that our employees use for their work, AuditPro also discovered other interesting programs such as Worms3, Age of Empires, various file managers and many more. We had no idea what kind of software we had on the network.
Although an external company carried out the audit, we saved thousends of Czech Crowns. The auditor simply utilised the data gathered by AuditPro and now we can repeat checks easily and regularly.
This means that we can carry out automated data collection and analysis on a monthly basis, giving us a clear picture of installed software and hardware. By auditing and comparing the findings with the number of purchased licences we avoid conflict with the law. I cannot imagine maintaining order in administering licences without such a tool.

Outcomes:
Results were obvious very quickly. Just using AuditPro is an advantage. Our company ordered a complete audit of licences covering its entire existence stretching back to 1990.
