Data is collected using a client collecting utility (SCAN.EXE).
After start, the utility performs:

• Search in file headers on hard disks (manufacturer, name, version, language, file name, size, path, and description).
• Download registry data and the Windows installer information.
• Detecting operating system (type, version, service pack), logical disks (free space, serial numbers), name of logged-in user and domain.
• Standard - basic - detection of hardware: (Type and frequency of CPU, amount of RAM installed, HDD parameters, graphical/audio/network adapters installed) The level of gathered information is adjustable.
