PRAGUE, March 15, 2011 - On February, March 15 at noon, truconneXion will publish its new version of the AuditPro program under sequence number 7 at its website. Following the initial beta-testing, customers not only in the Czech Republic will be able to lay their hands on an application where the companies' most important problems become visible just by glancing at the critical indicators in the "control panel" and where a single click provides a summary of, for instance, biggest social network surfers, or information on the real value of the software owned but not used by the company.

It is the maximum level of simplicity, comprehensibility and primarily internal intelligence of the new product based on the pre-defined critical events that truconneXion puts forward as the fundamental characteristics of the new version of its key product which allows the present market leader to get even more ahead of its competitors. "AuditPro7 is one of the few IT tools which address the SAM issues in a complex manner, and does it with absolutely demands on user time, knowledge and preparation. Within the framework of the new control and presentation interface design, users get an overview of everything significant that is going on in the corporate network in a single screen, with several perspectives which are crucial for effective IT decision-making," Robert Kleiner, Strategic Development Manager of truconneXion describes the new version. According to Kleiner, this is the greatest change in the idea and visual solution within more than ten years of development of the original AuditPro software.

Robert Kleiner proves that in the basic approach, AuditPro7 has moved even further ahead. "What is offered by AP7 is not merely a "user friendly solution" but a really proactive solution to the problem issues. AuditPro 7 monitors the important events in the network for you; when it is necessary to respond the system itself presents such events to the person in charge. Therefore, you can know - for instance - that the extent of illegal XY software has reached 10% in our network, user Standa Vlk has just filled 95% of his disk or plays a prohibited game for 50 minutes a day. In other words, the novelty lies in the fact that this is a living organism which monitors facts significant for user effectiveness or HW/SW administration and utilisation continuously." truconneXion presents a pattern which is unusual not only in the SAM field but in IT in general. The person in charge does not have to click on important reports all the time to check whether s/he is missing something or not; AuditPro7 itself says when an important event occurs and presents the entire context.

Moreover, some generally accepted solution patterns for companies, e.g. ISO 19770 for the SAM issues, form a part of the AuditPro7 internal intelligence. Therefore, it is not necessary to plan all the things that must be done to be ISO-compatible. The program itself contains a complete list of steps to take to allow certification. Any actions that can be automated within the company are addressed separately - for instance the quarterly software status reports. For other events, there are appropriate reminders (e.g. the obligation to appoint an SAM manager) and explanations of what they actually mean.

An Application for Companies with 10 to 10,000 PCs

While it used to be only network administrators and qualified IT staff who could operate the program, AuditPro7 is an efficient tool that can be operated and administered by company managers outside the IT expert circles. The valuable data on company operation in the form of clear and graphically presented reports will be easily available to companies from the small enterprise segment with sizes from 10 PCs. TruconneXion emphasises that the robustness of the application which allows deployment in companies running even over 10,000 PCs is maintained. The product implementation is even easier than ever before. The Installation Wizard applies its "own intelligence" and sets optimum functioning with respect to the customer's network environment. Therefore, deployment of AuditPro can be done even by a layman. "For those who want to define each step of the implementation in detail a "manual mode" can be set, of course; however, we believe that this will not happen in 90% cases and installation will follow a standard course," explains Martin Hnízdil, Marketing Manager of truconneXion.

truconneXion has prepared a series of free webinars for which one can register at AuditPro.cz for both existing customers and new entities interested in the AuditPro product which can be purchases through the web, truconneXion or partner dealers starting from March 15. "AuditPro will be available not only in the Czech and Slovak versions. Localised versions will be available also to our customers in the Polish, Russian and Hungarian markets where AuditPro ranks with the widest-spread products in the field of specialised SAM. We expect our new product to allow us to address more markets; therefore, we are preparing Spanish and German mutations but we also consider Chinese," Martin Hnízdil of truconneXion hints at the options for further developments. 900,000 AuditPro licenses are currently in operation. In the Czech Republic, AuditPro holds a 70 % share.
